Refund policy

At Gaster Studio, we strive to provide exceptional design and development services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary, and we have established a refund policy to address such situations.

For project-based services, if a client requests a refund and the project has not progressed beyond 5% completion, they are eligible for a refund. However, once the project has commenced and significant work has been undertaken, refund requests will no longer be accepted. It is important to note that if the client requests a refund at the beginning of the project, we will accommodate their request accordingly.

Regarding our design membership subscription does not include a refund policy. However, we offer the flexibility of cancellation at any time to accommodate your needs. We believe that giving you the freedom to cancel your membership whenever you choose allows you to maintain control over your subscription and access to our services.
